Fashion (ArtEZ)
The Fashion Professorship of ArtEZ, explores how fashion can contribute to change – towards a fairer, more caring and more sustainable fashion system.
Fashion goes beyond clothes. It is about identity, community and the world you live in. We study fashion from a socio-cultural perspective and use artistic and design research to develop alternative fashion practices. We look critically at the fashion industry, but also develop new ways of making, wearing and thinking. In this way, together we build a future in which fashion is meaningful.
