Marion Förster

Marion Förster has built her career around one principle: innovation starts with the material and becomes valuable when it can be transformed into a product, produced at scale and brought successfully to market.

With more than three decades of international experience, she has built and developed textile and fashion businesses in the Netherlands and France and expanded into consulting, private-label development and R&D. Her work combines material development, design and functionality with European production capabilities, international distribution and market development.

Since 2021, through Marforta B.V. / New Tone Care, Marion has applied this expertise to healthcare, developing reusable medical protective clothing and next-generation textile solutions that combine protection, comfort, sustainability and efficient European production.
