Merel Wicker

Merel Wicker graduated from the fashion department of the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam in 2001. During her studies, she discovered the power of collaboration and has been a business partner of Kim Leemans ever since. Working as freelance fashion designers, they decided in 2007 that it was time to start their own label: LEW by Leemans & Wicker. Merel is an experienced Fashion Design Specialist with a proven history of working in the Brand Fashion, apparel and fashion industry. Proficient in Adobe Suite, concept development and print design.
She has a great love for: colour, fashion design, craftsmanship, print design, textiles and Contemporary art.
