Sencer Sultanoglu

Sencer Sultanoglu is Head of the AI & Data Science Department at Eliar Electronics and has over twenty years’ experience in developing industrial automation and data-driven technologies for the textile industry. Throughout his career, he has led and contributed to the development of numerous products and R&D solutions for the dyeing and finishing of textiles, with particular expertise in dyeing processes, process control and digitalisation.

His work focuses on translating production data and process knowledge into practical solutions that improve process stability, quality, efficient use of resources and repeatability. In addition, he has contributed to research into mathematical modelling, adaptive control, anomaly detection, digital twins and predictive maintenance for textile processes. Sencer combines many years of practical experience in dyeing mills with R&D and project management, linking industrial needs to applied research and technology development.
