Reinwardt Academy – cultural heritage
The Cultural Heritage Professorship at the Reinwardt Academy researches how heritage practices develop in a changing society and how heritage professionals actively contribute to this. Since 2011, the professorship has brought together research, education and practice in a variety of projects on heritage, participation and social dynamics.
Using methods such as emotion networks, the professorship makes interactions around heritage visible and discussable. The knowledge and insights gained are shared through publications, workshops, lectures and collaborative projects and find their way to professionals in museums, archives, governments and the creative and cultural sector.
