Miriam Geelhoed
Miriam Geelhoed is senior consultant at Modint, the trade association for fashion, interior design, carpets and textiles. With a background in both fashion and IT, she knows how to effectively combine creativity, technical knowledge and supply chain insight. After studying at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute, she worked in various commercial and technical positions in the clothing and textile sector, followed by several years as an IT consultant in the field of e-commerce and data systems.
At Modint, Miriam supports companies in implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR), product safety, quality systems and innovation projects. Passionately connecting companies, governments and civil society organisations, her mission is to guide the sector towards a transparent and circular future. Miriam is also involved in various research projects, including the topics of sizing, digitalisation and product safety in design.
