Setting up well-functioning networks and switching and connecting different parties such as education, government and entrepreneurs is a great challenge for her. Within the work, she likes to switch and connect from administrative, political, strategic to executive level. Through various assignments in various sectors, she has built up knowledge and a broad network. In addition, a lot of experience in fundraising to realise the various activities of these partnerships.
Several times played a leading role in introducing complex organisational innovations and realising partnerships, both internal and external, public and private, national and international. Also led and advised change processes and culture shifts within organisations.
